Annual Registration Fee

FEES & PAYMENT PLANS
Fees are due in advance and payable no later than Friday of the previous week. Your contracted fee is due regardless of child’s attendance. Payments can be made to S.T.A.R.S. online through mybrightwheel.com or using your brightwheel app.
LATE PAYMENT FEE
A late fee will be assessed to each account with a remaining tuition balance on Saturday. If your account is still not paid by Sunday, your child will not be admitted into care.
Late Fee: $10.00

- Sibling Discount: 10%
- Keystone Academy/Plymouth Scholars/Canton Charter/South Arbor Employee Discount: 10%
- Active Military Discount: 10%
Deduct 10% of your child’s tuition if you are a Keystone Academy, Canton Charter Academy, South Arbor Charter Academy or Plymouth Scholars employee. For sibling discounts, the 1st child is at full price, each additional child is 10% off. Sibling discount applies to the lower paying child’s rate. Not applicable for drop-in or additional sessions.
LATE PICK UP FEES
S.T.A.R.S is closed at 6:00 p.m. This means your child is signed out by 6:00 p.m. There is a late fee of $3 per minute per child until pick-up thereafter. Please be considerate of our staff and their obligations. Fee's are due upon arrival. If you do not have cash upon arrival, an invoice will be added to your Brightwheel account. If you pick your child up more than ten minutes late on three or more occasions, we have the right to terminate your child’s enrollment with S.T.A.R.S.
